It is the customers responsibility to ensure that suitable accessories and used for their dog and to be mindful of wear and tear for their safety. Bramble and Friends recommend removing all collars/accessories when your dog is unsupervised.

- We aim to have all orders made and shipped within 7-10 working days of payment. As all products are handmade to order this may take longer during busy periods but we would always contact you to let you know and appreciate your patience and understanding. If you require your order for a specific date - please get in touch - we will always try and accommodate!
- Shipping in the UK is by 1st class Royal Mail. Either standard £3.35 or recorded £4.45. FREE recorded delivery is available on orders over £60!
- International shipping is charged at £8.50 which is a fully tracked service. International shipping time periods may vary - please contact us for an estimate. Option to upgrade to International Courier for £20 - delivery approximately 3-5 working days.
- Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Refunds & Returns
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Exchange or refund items must be returned within 20 days of delivery in an unused, pristine condition. Postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded in this case. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
- Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us - if your item is faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us within 5 days of delivery to report the fault and rectify the problem. In this instance we can offer an exchange or a full refund on return of the item. Postage will be reimbursed.
- We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items as we cannot be held responsible for products lost in the post.
- Bespoke orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct measurements are taken at the time of ordering. Please contact us for information if you are unsure, we'd be happy to help!
